Emily Jones is a recent graduate of an RYT-200 program and enjoys a more gentle approach in yoga, focusing on alignment and stress relief. She has had an asana practice for 18 years, but has been dedicated to the welfare of people and animals since she was very young. Emily has been a Certified  Massage Therapist for 11 years, utilizing rolfing techniques to help posture and alignment in the body, and is also a Birth Into Being Practitioner, a method of Limbic Imprint Recoding for personal well-being.
