Amanda Correa Bio
Yoga Program Director, Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500
Amanda is committed to drawing from her diverse educational background and over 2,000 hours of teaching experience in order to guide each class, emphasizing pranayama (breath work), dharana (concentration), and dhyana (meditation) alongside the asanas (yoga poses). She enjoys incorporating symphonic gong meditations to her classes, played in the style of the Kundalini yoga tradition.
Over the years of practice, study, and teaching, Amanda is grateful for the bounty of gifts given to her by this practice and is awed when hearing the stories of transformation from her students and colleagues. Amanda is a certified and registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500.
